The Stirling House Adviser Models
– Choose your own Business Model
Stirling House operates a range of models to suit the products and the type of advice that you provide to your Clients. We offer both restricted and independent investment models and it’s up to you to select the one you prefer. If you are in any doubt we can take you through each option to help you decide.
If you would like to provide independent advice you have the option to join our IFA model. This will involve researching from the full range of investment products and providers, demonstrate knowledge of specialist products, and then make a fair and comprehensive analysis and recommendation suitable to your clients needs.
To ease the burden that independent advice can create we have developed a restricted wealth management model. This will enable you to adopt the Stirling House investment proposition and advise from a range of carefully selected products. By doing so you will not require knowledge of non-mainstream products and it also means that all responsibility for research, reports and portfolio management is passed to Stirling House. This can also be a considerably cheaper option for Client and Adviser alike.
The majority of our members are restricted advisers even though they have provided independent advice in the past.
Whichever model you select all Advisers joining us are invited to adopt our brand and become a member of the Stirling House advisory team. We will supply you with our high quality business stationery, manage your transfer and you can then enjoy the benefits provided by our dedicated support to help you build and grow your business.
