Mortgage leads, when received, are distributed to IFAs according to Post Code FREE. Client "ownership" is also passed to the IFA. However, whilst these leads are completely free of charge, Stirling House will expect an Introducer Fee on the first piece of business subsequently written but not on subsequent or repeat business. Additionally, we have teamed up with the Mortgage Finder Organisation. This Service is a FREE service to the public. All leads generated are passed to Stirling House and are likewise distributed free according to Post Code:-
